Cancellation Policy

Hardware tag kits

Security tag kits include a one-time hardware charge plus Creator membership. New accounts receive one 30-day Creator trial with their first qualifying kit purchase; after that, or after the trial ends, Creator membership bills monthly unless you cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal. Kit purchases do not create a recurring hardware charge.

Unopened or defective hardware may be eligible for refund within 14 days of delivery. Contact support@vaultandvellum.io with your order email and chip batch details. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Creator membership (monthly)

The standalone Creator membership is billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of the current paid period or trial.

Creator membership included with a hardware kit follows the same monthly billing after the 30-day trial. Cancelling ends Creator write access when the subscription ends; the kit hardware purchase remains non-refundable except for defective or unopened returns below.
